Do we need to take out a support agreement to use your services?
Not at all, we are happy to provide our services on an ad-hoc basis if that is what you would prefer.
Is there a minimum fixed term for a support agreement?
No, we don’t believe in tying our customers down to lengthy agreements. Typically our packages would be on a rolling monthly basis, although we are happy to provide on a yearly or quarterly term if preferred.
How do I know exactly what is included in our support agreement?
A bespoke Service Level Agreement will be provided; this will detail every aspect of the services we will be providing to you.
The software we use is quite specialist, can you help with that?
Yes, we will liase with all third party application support teams on your behalf.
